Crewing Executive

Responsibilities

• Monitoring, reporting and executing all crew related matters.
• Ensure proper coordination with manning agents for on-off signing crew.
• Ensure proper coordination of travel and accommodation for on-off signing crew.
• Responsible for maintaining vessel crew change schedule and execution of plans.
• Responsible for maintaining crew data in company management system.
• Verification of crew documentation / qualifications, handling of visas and flag state certificates.
• Preparing monthly payroll for crew and all crew related claims and expenses.
• Monitoring of manning agencies performance and reporting incidents / problems to Crewing Manager.

Requirements

• Candidate should have a Diploma or Higher Nitec in Shipping or its relevant discipline
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the shipping industry or crewing experience
• Able to perform work duties independently
• Team player with good organisational skill
• Candidate with sea-going experience is advantageous
