Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage reservation-related requests, including stay preferences, date amendments, and cancellation waiver requests.
  • Engage with guests to understand their preferences, needs, and feedback.
  • Investigate, follow up, and resolve guest concerns efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Property Management Systems (e.g., Infor HMS, Opera) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team and manage high volumes of email correspondence efficiently.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
