We are looking for Crewing Executive for our immediate requirements.
Candidates prefered with experience in:
- Recruitment of officers and crew on the vessels as per regulatory, company policy and commercial requirements, in consultation with Manager- Manning.
- Monitor and update crews personal records, ensure all crew have all the essential training certificates, medical reports, visas, sea time records to meet matrix and company requirements.
- Facilitate travel arrangements for crew mobilization and demobilization, including booking air, ferry, and land tickets, visa applications, and hotel accommodations. Optimise crew travel costs.
- Coordinate with office team for timely payments of salary & applicable allowance.
- Maintains crew data on company ERP systems and update regularly (Sign On & Sign Off)
- Vendor performance Management Evaluation of Vendor Performance (manning agent, travel agent, port agent)
- Undertake an annual assessment of services provider, provides feedback and accordingly advice as to continue / change the service providers.
- Assist other operational functions and office administration on tasks assigned by the management.
- Other duties as may be assigned by Manager and Management.
