Job Description

About Us

Founded in 2014, Lumens Group is leading the transformation of the mobility industry in Singapore. We have successfully built one of Singapore's largest car fleets and expanded our offerings to personal and corporate leasing, purchasing and financing. As we enter a new phase, we're building an integrated ecosystem for merchants and consumers, driven by advanced technology and a mission to enrich everyday life.

Now, we're on the lookout for a professional Credit Executive to join us in Singapore.

Your Role on Our Journey

In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing and recovering outstanding balances tied to inactive contracts. Your daily responsibilities will involve reviewing contract statuses, engaging with former clients to resolve unpaid debts, and negotiating practical repayment arrangements. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential as you work to balance effective recovery efforts with customer relationships.

You will also maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and agreements, coordinate with legal teams when necessary, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to support recovery strategies. Regular reporting on progress and outcomes is expected, along with the flexibility to assist in general administrative tasks when required.

This is a dynamic and impactful role that contributes directly to the company's financial health and customer management success.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures

  • Review Inactive Contracts: Analyse inactive contracts to identify any outstanding balances or debts that need to be addressed and to issue Statement of Account to debtors.
  • Communicate with Debtors: Reach out to former clients to discuss unpaid debts associated with their inactive contracts.
  • Negotiate Payment Plans: Offer repayment options or settlements that may facilitate the collection of overdue amounts, balancing recovery efforts with the customer's ability to pay.
  • Documentation: Keep thorough records of all communications and agreements regarding the inactive contracts and debts, which is essential for future reference and legal purposes.
  • Legal Considerations: Coordinating with legal teams to pursue recovery through appropriate channels.
  • Collaborations: Collaborating with various departments to drive recovery efforts, update information, and gain insights into customer behaviour, ultimately creating a strategic advantage in managing debt.
  • Reporting: Provide updates on the status of inactive contracts and the effectiveness of recovery efforts.
  • Other ad-hoc admin tasks, if need be.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit

  • Proven experience as an administrative officer, administrator, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and be able to travel to meet clients during office hours.
