Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll for staff and workers, ensuring accuracy and timely payment
  • Handle CPF contributions, submissions, and related matters
  • Prepare and submit IR8A and other annual tax reporting
  • Manage full HR lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding to offboarding
  • Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance records
  • Handle work pass administration (application, renewal, cancellation)
  • Maintain proper HR documentation and employee database
  • Support and advise employees on HR-related matters and policies
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws and company policies
  • Liaise with external parties such as government agencies (MOM, IRAS) where required
  • Support training coordination and HR initiatives
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong experience in payroll processing, CPF, and IR8A submission
  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and HR practices
  • Experience in construction industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
