We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Fleet Insurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accident-related administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing support to drivers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and update daily accident entries in the FSMS system
Maintain, verify, and process accident policy excess, imposition, refunds, and concessions
Manage mandated accident cases received via email requests.
Address drivers enquiries, disputes, grievances, and appeals through phone, walk-ins, and email communication.
Send claims procedures for CMS tasks and notify insurers of injury details.
Provide accident particulars to external parties such as 3rd party lawyers and Traffic Police.
Respond to Fleet Safety email queries from workshops, insurers, lawyers, Traffic Police, and drivers.
Verify temporary taxi records on third-party claims / generate rental letters.
Organize, rename, and securely upload taxi video files to AWS
Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks, including LTA QOS, budgeting, finance, vendor, and motor claims issues.
Requirements:
Working knowledge of motor insurance principles, claims handling, and policy terminology
Excellent written and verbal communication able to liaise professionally with drivers, insurers, and external parties
Strong team player with a collaborative, service‑oriented approach
Proficient with MS Office
Attention to detail
Diploma or certification in insurance or a related field preferred.
Possession of a valid Class 3 license is an advantage.
