About the role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This full-time role is based in the North-East Region and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
Process point-to-point (P2P) bookings and handle related enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide real-time service recovery to affected parties when required, in accordance with established procedures.
Attend to and manage initial feedback from relevant stakeholders within the defined scope of operational support.
Support additional operational areas beyond P2P services as and when the operational scope is expanded.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior (s)
What we're looking for
Possess good interpersonal and hearing skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers
Willingness to work shifts
