Credit Control Executive
- Working Days: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
- Salary: $3,000 - $4,500 + AWS + VB
- Location: Lorong Chuan
Responsibilities:
- Research and verify customer credit data to establish or update credit lines
- Assess and recommend approval of credit limits
- Investigate and resolve invoice disputes to facilitate timely payments or credit issuance
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue balances
- Engage customers to secure payments and negotiate payment plans
- Place delinquent accounts on hold where necessary until payment arrangements are confirmed
- Recommend escalation of accounts to collection agencies when required
- Build and maintain relationships with external credit and collection agencies
- Maintain accurate records of credit risks, delinquent accounts, and related documentation
- Ensure timely updates of electronic and physical records
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in credit control or accounts receivable
