The Credit Analyst is responsible to provide credit analysis for the Bank's borrowing clients in the segments covered by Corporate Banking which currently comprised of Aviation, Shipping, Financial Institutions, Middle Market & General Corporates in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze past and current financial statements and performances
- Provide financial models and projections based on reasonable assumptions
- Preparation of reports and projections based on the analysis for credit decision making
- Coordinate with the Corporate Banking team to review financial forecasts and information
- Provide sectorial and industries analysis
Job Requirements
- Minimum a bachelor's degree in Business or any related discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant credit analysis experience within the Banking/Audit sectors
- In depth understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis skill
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence and persuade, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking headquarter counterparties
- Candidates with MMFI / Gen Corp background will be considered favorably
