The Company:

Today, the company is recognized globally as a critical trading partner for refiners,shipping companies, financial institutions, end-users, and otherproduct-trading companies. The company trades across the barrel including Crude, Middle distillates, Light distillates, bulk petrochemicals, polyolefinand recently clean energy like LNG, Emission and Biofuels.

Aramco Trading Singapore (ATS) is the largest subsidiary out of the Kingdom and is activelytrading within the region and globally across all products since 2018.

The Function:
The Credit Risk function sits under the big umbrella of the Finance department.

The Credit Risk teamis responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing the risk of financialloss arising from counterparty default across trading, logistics, and financingactivities. It supports the commercial business by setting credit limits, approving trading and credit (payment security) terms, and continuously monitoring counterparty exposures in often volatile markets. By integrating financial analysis, market intelligence, and risk controls, the credit risk function ensures that trading opportunities are pursued within the firm's risk appetite while safeguarding liquidity, capital, and balance sheet strength.

Key Accountabilities:

. First point of contactfor PCG applications/renewals, credit limit reviews/approvals for Risk Management Committee.

. Responsible for review andmaintenance of a portfolio of all Asia based counterparties at ATC, including creditrisk assessment for new counterparty onboarding and periodic credit limit review.

. Liaise directly with Opsand Traders for credit release of physical deals including close monitoring of credit lines utilisation and engage Front Office & Counterparty on a timely basis if additional credit support is required.

. Maintain and manage counterparty credit settings for MOC physical window trading

. Attend any customer meetings/site visits as required.

. First point of contact for all structured trade finance deals, ATS functional reviews and spot cargos being booked out of ATS
. Be part of the ATS Functional Review Team to assess the credit risks involved in new agreements and business cases, and provide sign off, with the exception of complex cases involving newproduct/structure to be escalated to ATC Credit for approval.

. Hold Delegation of Authority for temporary credit limit increases.

Requirements:

. Relevant education in finance, accounting, economics, risk management, or a related discipline

. Minimum 5 years of direct credit risk experience counterparty risk, or trade finance, preferably within commodity trading, energy, metals, agriculture, or shipping sectors

. Strong financial analysis skills, including interpretation of financial statements, cash flow analysis, leverage metrics, and liquidity assessment

. Experience assessing counterparty risk across traders, producers, processors, logistics providers, and financial institutions

. Solid understanding of commodity trading structures, including physical trades, derivatives, prepayments, offtake agreements, and structured financing

. Sound judgment and independent decision-making, with the ability to challenge front office constructively

. Strong communication skills to explain credit decisions clearly to traders, senior management, and external stakeholders

. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment

. Pragmatic and solutions-oriented mindset, balancing risk control with commercial objectives

. High levels of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability
