Job Description

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Preparing/ Reviewing annual budget and monthly forecast.
• Analyzing asset financial performance via forecasting
• Providing insights on business activities
• Analyzing the P&L and cashflow impact of potential acquisitions / divestments
• Experience in building models to predict outcomes, evaluate projects (NPV, IRR), and assess investment viability.

Accounting

• Ensuring the four Singapore business accounts are reconciled regularly.
• Overseeing and reviewing asset financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including IRAS requirements.
• Ensuring annual audit and tax compliance for assets under his/her charge
• Managing the processing and payment of bills regularly.
• Reconciling and providing regular Accounts Receivable reports to the sales team
• Prepare GST returns for our Singapore entity.
• To assist with office general administration.

Requirements

Qualified Singaporean Accountant

Only candidates who are currently authorised to work in Singapore without sponsorship will be considered.

Minimum 4 years experience.
