Identify and schedule the right resources for projects, working directly with the Head of Creative Services.

Possess advanced and intricate understanding of both individual and team's capabilities (competency levels in different hard skills and software) to best fit creatives according to scope and project briefs.
Have a clear oversight of full creative capacity and number of creative briefs in the system to ensure agency efficiently and talents are effectively utilised, and tailor/plan accordingly (e.g. shifting of work, hiring of freelancers etc.).
Maximise team output and efficiencies by de-conflicting and working with internal teams on the best solution for all parties.

Provide the management team with regular updates of the current creative landscape resourcing and forward plan (including timelines, budget etc.) against the resource needs.

A confident leader who understands the intricacies of the business who demonstrates good decision-making and coming up with creative solutions (e.g. on matters of talent matching, flexible working arrangements etc.)
Work with the Creative Directors to identify opportunities for growth and development when scheduling resources.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge required
At least 5 years relevant experience in project management in the creative/advertising industry.
Leadership experience in managing various internal stakeholders.
Sound financial planning and budget management experience.
