The Creative/Graphic Designer is responsible for producing compelling visual concepts that communicate ideas, inspire audiences, and strengthen brand identity. You will define requirements, visualize, and create impactful graphics-including illustrations, logos, layouts, digital assets, and visuals for campaigns, websites, packaging, and events.
Core Responsibilities
- Translate creative vision into collaterals and marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain consistency and quality in brand visuals, messaging, and style across all collaterals, channels, and platforms.
- Support campaign creation for social media, digital marketing, and in-house promotions.
- Design graphics for social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to enhance engagement and visibility.
- Liaise with external vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials and ensure timely delivery of creative artworks.
- Assist in media, influencer, and blogger collaborations through impactful design and creative support.
- Partner with Operations and Marketing teams in developing campaigns and collaterals across various touchpoints.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Visual or Design Communication or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience (agency experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Knowledge of photography and photo/video editing.
