Senior Graphic Designer (Advertisement)

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will lead design projects, develop original visual content, and ensure all marketing materials align with BYD by 1826's brand identity and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead Design Projects: Oversee all design initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.

. Create Original Visuals: Design compelling graphics, illustrations, and infographics that effectively communicate complex ideas and resonate with our target audience.

. Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance BYD by 1826's brand identity across all platforms and marketing materials.

. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to produce cohesive and impactful designs.

. Mentor Junior Designers: Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.

. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design to ensure BYD by 1826's visual content remains current and engaging.

Qualifications:

. Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

. Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an in-house creative department or design firm.

. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

. A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a high level of creativity.

. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.

. Familiarity with the automotive and hospitality sectors is advantageous.

. Prior experience leading a design team or mentoring junior designers.

. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
