Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Video Production:Plan, direct, and film video content for social media platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other digital channels. Ensure all videos are engaging, on-brand, and aligned with client objectives and brand identity.
- Creative Direction:Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for client campaigns. Lead creative brainstorming sessions and translate client briefs into compelling video content.
- Production Management:Oversee on-set production including camera operation, lighting setup, sound recording, and directing talent. Ensure all footage meets professional quality standards with proper lighting, stabilization, and clear audio.
- Video Editing & Post-Production:Execute advanced video editing and post-production including color grading, sound design, motion graphics, captions, transitions, and platform-specific formatting. Ensure final outputs meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Client Liaison:Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements, present concepts, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with deliverables.
- Team Leadership:Mentor and guide Creative Interns, delegating tasks, providing feedback, and ensuring their development and productivity.
- Trend Application & Innovation:Proactively research and apply the latest social media video trends, editing techniques, and formats to keep content fresh and competitive. Recommend innovative approaches to enhance engagement.
- Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating shoot schedules, tracking deadlines, maintaining content calendars, and ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
- Quality Control:Review all video outputs before client delivery, ensuring they meet brand guidelines, technical standards, and creative excellence.
- Equipment & Asset Management:Maintain and organize production equipment, oversee equipment inventory, and manage digital asset libraries and file organization systems.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of professional experiencein video production, content creation, or a related creative role (agency or in-house experience preferred).
- Proficient in professional video equipment:DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment with proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Advanced video editing skills:Expert in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar. Familiarity with motion graphics tools like After Effects is a plus.
- Strong portfoliodemonstrating social media video work, creative concepts, and editing capabilities.
- Client-facing experience:Comfortable presenting ideas, managing feedback, and maintaining professional client relationships.
- Creative leadership:Ability to conceptualize ideas, provide creative direction, and mentor junior team members.
- Excellent understandingof social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) including platform-specific best practices, video specs, and audience behaviors.
- Project management skills:Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high-quality output under pressure.
- Detail-orientedwith a strong eye for visual storytelling, composition, color, pacing, and brand consistency.
- Proactive and self-motivated:Takes initiative, solves problems independently, and continuously seeks to improve craft and stay ahead of trends.
