Job Description

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic JuniorCreative to join our award winning global in-house creative team. Based in Singapore this role has been created to strengthen our international creative capability and support brand and campaign activity across the firm's global network.

Working as part of a distributed team across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, you will contribute to a wide range of design, video andanimation projects. While based in Singapore, the focus of the role isinternational rather than purely local, helping ensure consistent, high-quality creative output across our global campaigns, thought leadership, events and client communications.

You will primarily support design production, while also developing skills in video, animation and digital content. The role offers exposure to flagship global initiatives as well as day-to-day creative work, making it an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is keen to grow within a collaborative, forward-thinking creative team.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Global design and creative production

  • Support the delivery of high-quality creative across digital and print for global campaigns and initiatives.
  • Produce design assets including socialmedia graphics, presentations, event materials, infographics, proposals and internal communications.
  • Adapt and localise global campaign assets for use across different markets.
  • Ensure all work aligns with the Simmons & Simmons brand and visual identity.

Video and animation support

  • Assist with the creation, filming and editing of short-form video content.
  • Develop simple motion graphics and animated assets for social media, presentations and events.
  • Support post-production tasks including editing, sound and colour correction.

Content capture and visual storytelling

  • Provide photography and short video capture at internal or client events where required.
  • Edit and prepare imagery for use across digital channels.

Team collaboration and workflow

  • Work closely with marketing, BD and communications colleagues across the international network.
  • Support global creative workflows, including file preparation, version control and asset management.
  • Contribute to maintaining consistent design standards across regions.

Continuous improvement

  • Stay up to date with design, video and animation trends.
  • Explore new tools, technologies and formats that enhance creative output.
  • Contribute ideas for improving templates, processes and creative approaches.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education/Experience/Qualifications Degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, media production or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  1. 0-3 years experience in a design, creative or multimedia role (agency or in-house).
  2. A strong portfolio demonstrating design ability and an interest in video or motion graphics.
  3. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects (basic to intermediate level)
  4. Interest in digital design, video, animation and emerging creative technologies.
  5. Strong visual eye and attention to detail.
  6. Organized and able to manage multiple projects.
  7. Eager to learn and develop new skills.
  8. Collaborative, positive and adaptable team attitude.
  9. Clear communicator, comfortable working with international colleagues.
  10. Able to work in a fast-paced professional environment.
