CATALYSTE PTE. LTD. is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Communication Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will develop compelling visual narratives across a diverse range of brands and industries, including lifestyle-driven and FMCG-related projects, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualise and design a wide range of visual assets, including logos, branding materials, print and digital advertisements, social media content, and other marketing collateral
- Collaborate closely with the wider creative and client services teams to understand project requirements and effectively translate briefs into visually compelling design solutions
- Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends, best practices, and industry standards to ensure your work is innovative and cutting-edge
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and provide constructive feedback to help refine and enhance design concepts
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed to a high standard within agreed timelines
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve design processes and contribute to the overall success of the creative function
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related creative discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a design or creative role, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in branding, print design, digital design, and other visual communication disciplines
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present your ideas effectively to both creative and non-creative stakeholders
- A keen eye for detail, with a strong understanding of colour theory, typography, layout, and composition
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
