Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and experienced team player Graphic Designer to create and manage assets across online and offline media, including Campaigns and marketing collaterals.

Job Description:

- Conceptualize, design, and implement day-to-day creative requests, including monthly campaigns and both online and offline marketing collateral.
- Develop high-quality, engaging brand content for various platforms such as social media, websites, and blogs.
- Create Key Visuals (KVs) essential for brand communication and collateral usage.
- Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for GTM assets, including product packaging, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Lead in-house photoshoots, followed by editing and retouching to ensure content meets brand standards for future use.
- Edit and retouch images to maintain brand consistency and ensure the best representation of products and brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with the brand and marketing teams to develop campaigns and designs based on brief requirements.
- Handle other design-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

- Strong eye for visual aesthetics with a solid understanding of graphic design principles, including layouts, typography, print, and quality control, while maintaining attention to detail.

- Proficient in core graphic design skills, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate with various stakeholders effectively.

- Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest quality standards.

- Stay current with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices.

- At least 3 - 4 years of relevant working experience in-house graphic designer or agency.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Capcut Video Editing)
- Highly creative, organized, collaborative and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Excellent sense in creativity design & layouts, producing visuals finished artwork, mock-up & general duties.
- Meticulous and eyes for aesthetics.
