Responsibilities:
- Define and implement market entry and growth strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Identify target industries, major accounts, and local partnership opportunities.
- Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to HQ and the Vice President.
- Lead business growth for software, IT services, system integration, IDC/data center, and ELV solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle including tenders, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Establish and lead local sales and marketing teams.
- Recruit, train, and manage team members to achieve business goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, after-sales support, and long-term account management.
- Oversee country-level P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, HR policies, and corporate standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in IT services, system integration, data center, ELV, or ICT solutions.
- Minimum 3-5 years in leadership, country management, or sales director roles
- Proven success in developing new markets, winning enterprise clients, and delivering large-scale projects.
- Strong business acumen with a hunter mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and contract negotiation skills.
- Sound understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, ELV, and data center operations.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
- Self-motivated and capable of building and leading teams from the ground up.
