- Position : Costing Executive (Tender / Project Costing)
- Location : West - Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 days annual leaves + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for tenders, including materials, labor, and overheads.
- Review tender specifications and requirements to ensure accurate costing.
- Collaborate with procurement and project teams to gather cost data and supplier quotations.
- Prepare tender documents, cost breakdowns, and pricing schedules for submission.
- Provide cost analysis and recommendations to management for tender strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and tender submission requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in costing, tender preparation, or related roles.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
