- Position : Service Coordinator (Spare Parts / After-Sales Support)
- Location : West - Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 days annual leaves + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300

Main Responsibilities:
- Handle ordering of spare parts and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with the service team to schedule and track service jobs.
- Maintain proper documentation of service records, parts inventory, and customer transactions.
- Provide administrative support to the Service Department, including filing and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates, quotations, and billing.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and initiate replenishment when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma preferred but not mandatory - candidates with relevant experience in service coordination, spare parts management, or customer service will be considered.
- Prior experience in service coordination, spare parts management, or customer service preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office knowledge of SAP systems is an advantage.
