- Position : Accounts Executive (Full Sets)
- Location : West - Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 days annual leaves + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300

Main Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial reports and support audits
- Process invoicing, payments, and expense claims
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation records
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax filings
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal departments
- Support process improvements and finance system updates
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to full set of accounts.
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems strong Excel skills.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
