Corporate Travel Consultant (Japanese Speaker)

Our client provides tailored travel solutions that connect Japan to the world, with a strong focus on corporate and B2B travel. Their services include flight arrangements, hotel bookings and basic visa application support.

Job Description:
- Handle business travel reservations and inquiries using GDS systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus)
- Plan detailed itineraries and provide appropriate travel advice and arrangements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (account management included)
- Accurately input travel data into reservation and mid-office systems for global reporting
- Occasionally provide after-hours customer support (infrequent additional allowance provided)

Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a corporate travel consultant, including ticketing using GDS (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus)
- Strong customer service mindset and clear, professional communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Business-level English (spoken and written) is required
- Ability to communicate in Japanese language is required to communicate with Japanese speaking customers
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is a plus
- Comfortable engaging directly with corporate clients and supporting with a sales-oriented approach

Compensation:
- Working Location: Central, Singapore
- Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)
