Project Manager (Tour/Travel)

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end travel and tour projects
• Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate all stages of project lifecycle
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after the trip.
• Maintain regular communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Organize all logistical details: flights, accommodations, activities, meals, transportation.
• Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documentation for clients.
• Ensure all tours comply with safety, legal, and health regulations.
• Provide financial reports post-project.
• Collect feedback post-travel to assess customer satisfaction.
• Provide the Monthly report accurately

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant working experience in manpower management
• Experience working with government agencies or in logistical arrangements for travel agencies and event companies will be a plus.
