Corporate Tax (Advisory) - Senior Manager

As a Senior Manager in PwC Tax Services, you will provide high-level Singapore and International corporate tax advisory services, support client relationship management, and lead teams in delivering innovative solutions. You will play a pivotal role in both client advisory and business development, while also mentoring junior professionals.

Key Responsibilities / How You Will Value-Add:

• Deliver comprehensive and technically excellent corporate tax advisory services on structuring, investments, M&A, and other tax-related matters for Singaporean and global clients across diverse industries.
• Apply and deliver Digital Tax Solutions, leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Data Analytics.
• Assist clients with tax disputes, authority enquiries, and compliance matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; keep clients informed of market changes and trends.
• Identify and support new business opportunities.
• Coach, mentor, and manage teams of junior professionals, fostering professional growth.
• Collaborate across PwC service lines (e.g., audit, transaction services) and with government bodies such as the Economic Development Board and Enterprise Singapore.

About You / Requirements:

• Recognised undergraduate degree and/or relevant postgraduate/professional qualification in Accounting, Tax, Business, Economics, Law, or Technology.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Singapore and International corporate tax.
• Strong written and spoken English; excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability and willingness to continuously update technical knowledge and develop digital tax skills to deliver effective solutions.
