Corporate Tax (Advisory) - Senior Manager

As a Manager in PwC Tax Services, you will provide Singapore and International corporate tax advisory services, deliver digital tax solutions, support client relationship management, and lead teams in delivering high-quality tax solutions. You will also be involved in business development and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities / How You Will Value-Add:

• Provide comprehensive Singapore and International corporate tax advisory services, including structuring, investments, M&A, and other advisory work for clients across diverse industries.
• Learn, apply, and deliver Digital Tax Solutions, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Data Analytics.
• Assist clients with tax disputes and authority enquiries.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; proactively ensure clients are up to date with market changes and trends.
• Identify and support new business opportunities.
• Participate in coaching, mentoring, and managing junior professionals.
• Collaborate with other PwC service lines (e.g., audit, transaction services) and with government bodies such as the Economic Development Board and Enterprise Singapore.

About You / Requirements:

• Recognised undergraduate degree and/or relevant postgraduate/professional qualification in Accounting, Tax, Business, Economics, Law, or Technology.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Singapore and International corporate tax.
• Strong written and spoken English; excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability and willingness to keep up-to-date technically and develop digital skills to deliver effective solutions.
