Corporate Service Office Manager, Contract

Summary
Core Corporate Services and stakeholder-facing function that are essential to the office's day-to-day continuity and external engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Office and facilities management (e.g. vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, supplies procurement, lease management, liaison with landlord and external agencies).
  • HSSE oversight for the office, including compliance activities and on-site requirements.
  • Stakeholder-facing and governance functions (e.g. internal/external communications, coordination for leadership such as Board-related meetings and visits, and serving as the on-ground contact point for management engagements)
  • Project and external-partner interface (e.g. supporting ongoing initiatives and collaborations that require logistics, documentation control, scheduling, and coordination with external stakeholders)
  • Operational administration (e.g. document management, subscriptions, daily logistical support and event coordination for internal teams and visitors)



Qualifications / Credentials:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/law/ business administration/ or any related fields
  • At least (5) years working experience, preferably in oil and gas trading industry with exposure in Corporate Services & Finance, Stakeholders Management, Human Resources, Contracts Management, Shipping, Maritime and Marketing & Trading functions.
  • Good understanding of the dynamics of various cultures and different business requirements in international operations.
  • Well versed in business processes, policies, guidelines and internal controls
