JOB DESCRIPTION
. To provide full suite of corporate secretarial related services (e.g., incorporation of company, change of company officers and share transfers)
. Handling submission of ACRA & IRAS transactions
. Preparing Directors/Shareholders resolutions, Extraordinary / Annual General Meetings Minutes, relevant statutory forms and other related documents for on-going corporate secretarial matters.
. Ensure that secretarial files and statutory records are properly updated and maintained
. Performing Onboarding / Ongoing Due Diligence Check on new and existing clients
. Any other corporate and ad-hoc jobs as required
REQUIREMENTS
. Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or Law
. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
. Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualification / compliance background would be an advantage.
. Prior relevant corporate secretarial experience will be an advantage
