Key Responsibilities
Act as company director with personal qualification (RQI) for CSP Licence application.
Supervise and implement compliance framework to ensure adherence to ACRA and relevant regulations.
Oversee and enforce AML/CFT policies and procedures.
Manage corporate secretarial services including client engagement, statutory filings, and document review.
Collaborate with the in-house financial software project: Provide business feedback based on client needs Support optimisation of the software for bookkeeping, compliance, and tax filing processes for SMEs.
Participate in strategic planning and daily operational decisions.
Undertake other reasonable tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements
Must hold RQI qualification (accounting, legal, or corporate secretarial qualification as recognised by ACRA).
Strong knowledge of Singapore Companies Act, ACRA regulatory framework, and AML/CFT compliance.
At least 3 years of relevant industry experience (preferably in corporate secretarial firms, accounting firms, or law firms).
Experience with accounting/finance software (familiarity with bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax filing preferred).
Strong command of both English and Mandarin (written & spoken).
