Handle a portfolio of clients and a full range of activities, including but not limited to, organizing board/board committee meetings, taking minutes, attending to board resolutions, ACRA filings, and other related tasks.
Independently provide corporate secretarial services to clients.
Contribute to the smooth operation of the teams, including involvement in the design of new processes or systems and the improvement of existing ones.
Assist in the building and management of a team of effective professionals to meet clients needs, including work review, coaching, and staff development.
Manage clients deliverables to ensure agreed timelines are met.
Perform AML KYC procedures.
Submit fee quotations to clients for requested services.
Undertake other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.
Key Requirements:
ICSA/CSIS Associate Member and a Registered Qualified Individual (RQI) under ACRA
Degree in Corporate Governance, Law, Business Administration or related disciplines.
A minimum of 5 years of corporate secretarial experience, preferably in corporate secretarial or professional services firms
In-depth knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA compliance framework
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to provide insightful guidance to the business and the team.
Well-organized, meticulous, and able to work independently under pressure.
Proficient incorporate secretarial software, e-filing platforms and MS Office applications.
