Our client is a specialist asset management and advisory firm headquartered in Singapore. As they expand their operational footprint, they are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage their administrative and compliance functions across entities, funds, and client processes.

Job Summary:

The client is looking for an experienced Administration & Compliance Manager to lead operational support across company and fund documentation, client onboarding, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate brings a blend of operational excellence and regulatory awareness, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently manage multiple stakeholders including banks, auditors, clients, and regulators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incorporation, fund setup, subscription/redemption documentation, and company records
  • Support and maintain relationships with banks and brokerages, including account openings and reviews
  • Oversee IT vendors to ensure cyber-security, backups, and website maintenance
  • Administer KYC/AML checks and review fund flows based on risk levels
  • Coordinate and minute Board and Investment Committee meetings
  • Handle reporting obligations to authorities (MAS, CIMA, CRS, FATCA, etc.)
  • Maintain inventory and valuation records for real asset transactions
  • Lead internal compliance training and regulatory updates

Requirements:

  • Immediately available and currently eligible to work in Singapore will be prioritised
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, or equivalent
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in operations or administration (corporate secretarial experience is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail, structured thinker, and high personal accountability
  • Excellent time management and ability to proactively resolve issues
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a small team
