. Financial Integrity: Performbank reconciliations, manage accounts payable/receivable, and prepare schedulesfor annual audits.

. Accuracy & Quality:Maintain the high standard of documentation required for professionalaccounting audits.

2. Corporate Governance (The Compliance)

. Statutory Stewardship: Maintainand update statutory registers (both digital and physical) to the GoldStandard of Singapore compliance.

. Regulatory Filings: Coordinateand lodge essential documents with ACRA via BizFile+.

. Risk Management: UtilizeSentroWeb to conduct KYC and AML screenings, ensuring the highest level ofregulatory safety.

. Drafting: Prepare professionalboard resolutions and minutes that clearly reflect corporate actions.

Requirements

. Education: Diploma or Degree inAccountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.
