Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full suite of corporate secretarial services, including company incorporation, changes in company officers, and share transfers.
  • Handle and submit statutory filings and transactions with ACRA and IRAS in a timely manner.
  • Prepare Directors and Shareholders resolutions, minutes for Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM) and Annual General Meetings (AGM), statutory forms, and other related corporate secretarial documents.
  • Ensure all secretarial files, statutory registers, and corporate records are accurately updated and properly maintained.
  • Perform onboarding and ongoing due diligence checks for new and existing clients.
  • Assist with other corporate secretarial duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Corporate Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet statutory deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
