Job Description

We are a dynamic and forward-looking Corporate Services Provider offering a full range of corporate secretarial services to a diverse portfolio of local and international clients.

We are now looking for experienced individuals to join us.

Job Descriptions

  • Provide corporate secretarial support to a diverse portfolio of local & international clients.
  • Maintain statutory records, registers, and company documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory documents with ACRA.
  • Have direct experience in handling offshore companies registered in BVI, Seychelles, Marshall Islands, and others.
  • Assist in preparing resolutions, minutes, and corporate governance reports.
  • Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with ACRA regulations.
  • Liaise with clients and external parties such as auditors, regulators, and stakeholders as needed.
  • Support senior management with secretarial and compliance functions.

Requirements

  • Minimum polytechnic diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of corporate secretarial experience in handling a portfolio of clients.
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Possess a positive attitude, enjoy working in a team, and exhibit professionalism in all dealings with clients and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Able to perform well under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
