Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee their corporate secretarial matters
Advise clients on statutory obligations and regulatory compliance requirements
Prepare, submit, and file necessary documents and statutory forms with the relevant authorities
Coordinate and attend board and shareholder meetings, including the preparation of agendas, resolutions, minutes, and supporting documents
Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and company documentation for clients
Conduct due diligence checks for both new and existing clients
Provide guidance on corporate governance best practices and compliance matters
Liaise with external professionals such as lawyers, auditors, and accountants when necessary
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a corporate secretarial role, preferably within a professional services firm or corporate secretarial practice
Strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and related statutory and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain regulatory and compliance matters clearly to clients
Proficient in company secretarial software and related systems
Degree holder or candidate with relevant professional qualifications in corporate secretarial studies, accounting, business administration, or related disciplines preferred
