1. Handling of full spectrum of corporate secretarial work eg incorporation, preparation of Board resolution, EGM and AGMs
2. Lodgement with ACRA
3. Conduct KYC and Due Diligence
4. Preparation of Annual General Meetings documentation
5. Update Statutory records
Preferably with 1 year experience in corporate secretarial firm or legal firm. Training will be provided.
Full time position, 5 days work week. Working hours : Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm
Minimum gross salary : S$3,000 per month
