The Role
We are looking to hire 2 Analysts (0-2 years) to join our Singapore team, with a primary focus on M&A execution.
Responsibilities:
- Support execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions
- Build financial models and perform valuation analyses
- Prepare marketing materials including teasers, information memoranda and presentations
- Coordinate due diligence and manage data rooms
- Conduct industry and company research
- Work closely with senior team members on live deal processes
Requirements:
- 0-2 years experience in investment banking (M&A), corporate finance or transaction advisory
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skillset
- Solid understanding of M&A processes
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a lean, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
