Our client, a reputable global professional services firm, is seeking a dynamic Corporate Secretarial Director to lead their growing team.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the corporate secretarial industry, proven leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong understanding of Singapore's regulatory landscape.
Drive business growth and strengthen the company's market presence within the corporate secretarial and related professional services industries
Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders
Promote and cross-sell the firm's services, collaborating with business heads and other stakeholders to engage prospective clients
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of corporate secretarial professionals
Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery to all clients
Advise management on regulatory changes and implement required policy and process updates
Oversee a diverse portfolio of corporate secretarial clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Advise clients on statutory compliance, company structure, administration, and related matters.
Build long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Foster strong internal collaboration across departments and with key business stakeholders.
Act as the named Company Secretary for designated clients
Oversee the full spectrum of corporate secretarial matters, including company incorporations, foreign branch/representative office registrations, company strike-offs, and preparation of directors/shareholders resolutions
Ensure accurate maintenance of statutory registers and client records.
Organise board and shareholders meetings; prepare and review resolutions, minutes, and statutory records in compliance with regulatory requirements
Review and enhance corporate secretarial processes and policies, aligning with corporate governance best practices
Drive process improvements to boost operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Streamline workflows to effectively manage high-volume portfolios
Advise management and the Board on corporate secretarial and governance matters
Ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Stay updated on regulatory changes (e.g., Singapore Companies Act 1967) and implement necessary policy and procedural adjustments.
Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure timely and accurate reporting
