Job Summary

Manage client portfolios and deliver comprehensive corporate secretarial services, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and supporting business operations through precise documentation and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the management of a diverse portfolio of clients, providing timely updates and reports to the Head of Department to support strategic decision-making
  • Coordinate and monitor filing deadlines to ensure all statutory submissions are completed accurately and punctually
  • Prepare detailed board minutes and resolutions, and execute BizFile filings with ACRA and e-stamping with IRAS to maintain regulatory compliance
  • Conduct thorough client due diligence following company procedures to mitigate risks and uphold compliance standards
  • Draft and perform ad-hoc secretarial tasks, including preparing various corporate resolutions to support client needs
  • Administer mail and correspondence related to corporate secretarial functions to maintain efficient communication channels

Required competencies and certifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in e-filing with ACRA's BizFile system to ensure accurate and compliant submissions
  • Strong command of English for both spoken and written communication to facilitate clear client and stakeholder interactions
  • Ability to converse effectively in Mandarin to support communication with a diverse client base
  • Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification to meet educational standards for the role
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the corporate secretarial industry to ensure practical knowledge and skills
