A boutique management and consulting firm, specialising in companies setting up, corporate compliance and accounting, corporate secretarial, corporate tax matters.

Job Summary

Manage client portfolios and corporate secretarial functions to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely filings, contributing to the firm's operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead management of a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering timely and accurate corporate secretarial services while reporting progress and issues to the Director
  • Coordinate and monitor filing deadlines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and avoid penalties
  • Prepare detailed board minutes and resolutions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate governance standards
  • Execute BizFile filings with ACRA and e-stamping submissions with IRAS to maintain statutory compliance
  • Conduct thorough client due diligence following company procedures to support risk management and regulatory adherence
  • Draft various corporate resolutions and perform ad-hoc secretarial tasks to support client and company needs
  • Manage mail administration efficiently to support office operations and client communications

Required competencies and certifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in e-filing with ACRA's BizFile system to ensure accurate and timely submissions
  • Proficient command of English for clear and professional spoken and written communication
  • Ability to converse effectively in Mandarin to facilitate client interactions and communications
  • Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the corporate secretarial industry demonstrating independent work capability and positive professional attitude

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Currently holding or pursuing CSIS qualifications to enhance corporate secretarial knowledge and skills
  • Strong organizational, systematic, detail-oriented, and meticulous work approach to ensure high-quality deliverables
