As a Corporate Sales Manager,you will be both the initiator and key executor of BELLS corporate training ambition - driving the development and execution of strategies that build sustainable corporate sales successes and long-term partnerships.
Scope of Responsibilities
1. Create and Execute BELLS Strategy in the Corporate Sales Segment
. Devise BELLS Corporate Sales Proposition- articulate a compelling value proposition for companies, highlighting how BELLS tech and AI-driven training courses can uplift their businesses.
. Develop Market Approach - design and test strategies for lead generation (e.g., outreach campaigns, partnerships, networking, digital channels) to build a strong corporate sales pipeline.
. Establish and Test Sales Process - implement a structured sales process from prospecting to closing, refining it based on feedback and results.
. Drive Execution with Measurable Outcomes - ensure strategies lead to tangible outcomes such as increased enrolments, new partnerships, and long-term corporate accounts.
2. Build and Manage Corporate Partnerships
- Forge strategic partnerships with enterprises, associations, and industry bodies, ensuring BELLS is a trusted partner in workforce transformation.
- Negotiate and structure agreements that deliver mutual value and long-term collaboration.
- Sustain and deepen relationships to secure repeat engagement and consistent revenue streams.
3. Recruit and Develop High-Performing Teams
- Build a strong corporate sales force to champion BELLS mission in the corporate sector.
- Recruit, mentor, and empower team members with the skills, knowledge, and motivation to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Foster a results-driven and collaborative culture, ensuring the team consistently contributes to BELLS growth and reputation.
4. Engage Stakeholders and Represent BELLS
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing BELLS at industry events, conferences, and corporate networking opportunities.
- Deliver compelling presentations to executives and decision-makers, showcasing BELLS ability to deliver impactful training solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to position BELLS as a leader in corporate learning.
5. Reporting and Growth Analysis
- Monitor, analyze, and report on corporate sales activities and outcomes, linking results back to BELLS mission and strategic objectives.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, enhance partnership value, and optimize revenue generation.
- Provide actionable recommendations to senior management to ensure BELLS continuously strengthens its corporate sales capability.
