Manage and improve customer onboarding process and lifecycle KYC process, including digitalization internal and external workflow.
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from requirements to development to launch and post-release optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal and Compliance, Risk and Operations to ensure products meet regulatory and internal requirements.
Participate in various projects and User Acceptance Test relating to new functions or enhancement of existing functions of online banking service.
Develop and implement product strategies and initiatives to support business growth and revenue targets.
P&P periodic review and updates.
Provide internal trainings for business teams on any new products and product optimization.
Perform other duties assigned by team lead.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Banking, Business Administration or a related field candidates with equivalent professional qualifications and relevant experience will also be considered.
3-5 years of experience in banking product management, preferably with exposure to corporate online banking, cash management, client onboarding/KYC process enhancement, or product governance.
Strong interpersonal, communication and co-ordination skills to work with the team.
Independent in thinking, arranging work and dealing with business partners or service providers.
Meticulous with details, diligent and efficient in follow-through.
Able to work effectively under pressure arisen from workload and time constraints.
Good communication skills in both written and oral Mandarin and English to liaise with internal and external chinese stakeholders.
