Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management: Manage finance functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, treasury, and financial reporting.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and long-term objectives.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate governance, and relevant laws and regulations.
Financial Analysis & Decision Support: Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic business decisions.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Job Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's/CFA preferred).
Extensive senior finance experience, ideally with corporate finance and capital markets exposure.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and corporate governance.
Proven expertise in corporate finance, financial planning, reporting, and treasury management.
Leadership experience managing and developing finance teams.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration with management, regulators, and advisors.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
