Corporate Finance Analyst

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Corporate Finance Analyst. The responsibilities include performing financial planning, analyzing financial statements, building and maintaining financial models, and providing insights to support corporate decision-making. The analyst will use data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and provide strategic recommendations. Collaboration with relevant teams to ensure financial strategies align with company goals is also expected.

• Experience with Financial Planning and Finance processes to support corporate objectives
• Proficiency in analyzing Financial Statements and related documentation
• Competency in Financial Modeling for creating forecasts and business strategies
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Strong communication skills to present findings to stakeholders clearly
• Relevant experience in corporate finance or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
