About the Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with an established organization to appoint a Corporate Finance Director to join its senior leadership team.
• This is a high-impact role at the heart of the financial strategy from capital structure and investment decisions to M&A execution and long-range financial planning.

The Role

• Corporate finance & capital management: Lead capital structure strategy, including debt, equity, and hybrid financing decisions. Oversee treasury operations, liquidity management, and working capital optimization.
• Investment strategy & M&A: Evaluate and manage the organization's investment portfolio and strategic equity stakes. Lead end-to-end M&A, joint ventures, and divestiture transactions. Oversee financial due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring.
• Strategic planning & stakeholder engagement: Partner with the CFO and CEO on long-range financial plans and Board materials. Support investor relations including earnings communications and analyst engagement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing corporate finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA strongly preferred
• Over 12 years of relevant corporate finance or corporate development background.
• Prior Director-level or equivalent role in an established organization
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills with Board-level exposure
