SILQ is a B2B embedded financing platform for SMEs across Saudi Arabia and other growth markets, originating financing through its own SME operating tools and procurement platforms, and backed by leading global investors and lenders.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a high-performing Analyst to join the Corporate Development team in our Singapore office. The role provides exposure to strategic finance, fundraising, M&A, investor relations and other corporate development initiatives across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Support fundraising, M&A and strategic transactions, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence and transaction execution
• Build and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and management and investor materials
• Conduct industry, market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making
• Support engagement with investors, lenders, advisors and other external stakeholders
• Assist with investor reporting, data requests and other corporate development initiatives

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree, or currently pursuing one, from a reputable academic institution, with working knowledge of accounting and finance
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented, intellectually curious and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience, including internships, in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, transaction advisory, corporate finance or management consulting is highly preferred
• Experience in financial modelling from previous work or internship is highly preferred
• The role is open to current students and recent graduates for internship opportunities, with the potential to convert into a full-time position
