Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Corporate Relationship Manager, where you will cultivate strong client relationships and drive business growth through tailored financial solutions. Utilize your expertise in corporate banking to enhance client services and bolster revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, focusing on relationship management and business development. Strengthen existing client relationships and establish new ones to expand the customer base and revenue streams. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective client networking. Provide customized financial solutions, including bilateral loans, syndication, and trade finance to meet specific client needs. Manage client credit relationships by drafting term sheets, developing credit proposals, conducting reviews, and implementing credit terms. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures throughout the transaction process. Collaborate with Head Office and Domestic Branches to facilitate smooth deal flows and transaction execution. Achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets set by management. Perform other tasks or duties as assigned by the Head of Department. Liaise with native Mandarin-speaking clients and HQ colleagues from China

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Economics, or a related field. 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in a Corporate Relationship Management role within the banking sector, with a thorough understanding of corporate banking products. Able to speak mandarin as required to liaise with native Mandarin-speaking clients and HQ colleagues from China Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written formats. Proficient in credit analysis and capable of assessing and managing credit risks. Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail, particularly in financial statement analysis.
