About the Role
Greenlane is hiring on behalf of our esteemed banking client for a Relationship Manager role within the Commodity & Structured Trade Finance Department. This exciting opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about corporate banking, trade finance, and fostering client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of existing corporate clients within the commodity structured trade finance space.
- Identify and onboard new clients by structuring credit facilities, conducting credit assessments, cash flow forecasting, and preparing loan documentation.
- Perform comprehensive KYC reviews, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial statements and credit risk, preparing detailed credit reports to support lending decisions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues swiftly to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams locally and in overseas branches to achieve business objectives and deliver seamless client service.
- Execute additional projects or duties as assigned by the Head of Department or senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience managing corporate banking relationships, preferably with exposure to trade finance or commodity sectors.
- Strong credit analysis and credit writing skills with a solid understanding of structured trade finance products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
