Core Network Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire pre-sales technical cycle, including complex network design, solution architecture, competitive quoting, and proposal development.
• Lead the coordination and preparation of formal responses for large-scale tenders, ensuring all technical and commercial clarifications are addressed with precision.
• Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders at service provider organizations, acting as the primary point of contact for technical solutions and business inquiries.
• Act as the voice of the customer by gathering market insights and competitor analysis, providing data-driven recommendations to internal engineering and product teams to enhance portfolio competitiveness.
• Bridge the gap between customer needs and technical reality by collaborating with internal product management and engineering teams to prioritize and implement specific feature requests.
• Identify and quantify emerging business opportunities, defining actionable go-to-market strategies and collaborative business models that drive adoption of new network technologies.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years of technical pre-sales experience within the ICT sector.
• Strong working knowledge of Core Network architectures, including 5G infrastructure and VoLTE.
• Proven track record in managing and successfully winning complex tender/bidding projects.
• Demonstrated ability to build commercial partnerships with service providers and innovate business models that leverage emerging technology.
• Deep understanding of carrier business models, service management strategies, and the technical requirements of enterprise infrastructure.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams toward shared objectives
