Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and project support to the Property Marketing team, including management of on-property touchpoints under the Property Marketing team's care.
  • Assist with finance-related processes, including raising purchase requests and tracking invoices related to projects under Property Marketing.
  • Maintain accurate and organised records, files, and databases to support team operations.
  • Assist with info governance for the team, including the organisation of files & folders within the Property Marketing team's shared drive.
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for the Executive Director.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items where required.
  • Coordinate schedules, travel, and meeting logistics for the Property Marketing team.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth workflow.
  • Perform other administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the Property Marketing team.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Experience

  • 12 years of relevant work experience will be beneficial.

Other Prerequisites

  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
